App Store prices include VAT, as always with Apple. Hosting is excluding VAT.
One account, one package: Pro or Luxe counts on a computer too, bought in the web app or on the App Store. A computer runs free for the first month; after that you buy Basis for computers once for €25 in the web app, through Stripe. Download for Windows or Linux

- Your hardware: iPad, camera, printer, paper and ribbon.
- Storage in your own Google Drive or Dropbox.

Is this a subscription?
Partly, and it's better you know up front. You buy the app and the upgrades once and they stay yours, even on a new iPad with the same Apple ID. But to use them you also pay €7 a month excl. VAT, because the app runs on our servers and those need upkeep. There is no term: you can cancel any month.
What if I stop paying?
The app stays yours, but it can no longer use the servers: you can't design events in the web app and the iPad won't fetch new events. Photos your iPads are still uploading are always accepted: a guest's photo is never lost. Whatever is in your Drive or Dropbox stays there. Start the monthly payment again and you carry on.
Can I skip a few quiet months?
Yes. The monthly payment has no term: you can cancel any month, also ahead of time for a month you choose. No projects for the next two months? Skip those months in the web app and you pay nothing for them. During that time your account is view-only: galleries and downloads keep working and photos from your iPads still come in, but you can't edit and the iPad can't fetch new events. After that your subscription carries on by itself.
Do prices include VAT?
Hosting at €7 a month is excluding VAT; you pay through Stripe. App Store prices include VAT, as always with Apple.
How many iPads can I use?
As many as you like, in every tier. Each booth runs on its own iPad, paired with the same account, and you can run as many events as you like.
